spokeo Not one record is correct Internet

First rip off: I was looking up a reverse number and spokeo said they had the full name. I paid .95 cents and then there was no name. I contacted and asked for a refund. No response yet, that was 4 days ago.
Second rip off: I was curious and searched on one of my children's cell phones to see if my name would come up. No, some random name in our area. OK so I searched on my cell phone... Hmm interesting: came up with another random name in my area.
Note: I have owned my cell phone number since 1997.
