This months Sprint bill had an "Administrative Fee". I called and got Grant a supervisor and was told," Oh ya, its applied arbitrarily and capriciously and can change at any time". When I asked it be removed I was told it was a legitimate charge and must be paid. When I asked also why they are collecting a fee for a City I Dont live in he couldn't answer me.

I have had nothing but horrible problems with Sprint. My Contract is up soon and I can't wait to switch.

Sprint PCS I acquired new telephones for my whole family; i.e.: four. I was never told about the cost to discontinue service from verizon which is over $1,000.00. Never mentioned in sales pitch. Secondly, I was assured that Sprint's network would work very well at my home and that the RadioShack at 320 Boston Post Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts 01776 would handle the data transfers from all phones to new phones.  LONDON Kentucky
