Squaretrade claim that it covers replacement on all cell phones, I drop my insurance from the carrier, and now i lost my phone , The company now inform me that they only cover damage phones not lost phone. Then my complaint is why you did not inform the consumer at the time of the agreement that you only cover damage not lost phone. this should be in writing and in spoken words so that the agreement is clearely understood.
