Standard insurance Refuse to fix roof after being with the company 12 years never filed a claim reported roof damage twice came out and refuse both time, now its raining in house and still refuse. hurst, Texas

 I have filed two claims with standard Insurance.  Ihave been with standard since my home was build in 2001 never filed a claim until 2010.  The first claim was filed for roof damage from storms and damage to fence.  That claim was denied, i was told there were no damages.  I filed a second claim 3 months later because it is now raining in my home. 

They came out and said no damage even though I was told to get a roofing company to put a tarp over the leaks .  Now i have tarp on my roof and its still raining after filing two claims. The reason I was given as to why they cannot fix my roof was that my deductible was 1300 and my damages only came up to 1,076.00 so therefore if I had more damage they would fix it,

well I sure the labor alone cost more that they convenient estimate, not to mention my ceiling thats is destroy with waterspots in two places in my home and the furniture that was rained on.   I would appreciate any help I can get to help me get my roof repaired.  I have had several roofing company ready and willing to repair my damage roof and they all say the same thing "how can you be denied roof damage on a 11 year old roof with holes.
