Printer model Brother MFC-9320CW is not working after 6 months. Bought extended warranty from staples. Manager sold us it by saying "this will cover anything at all. You don't need to bring it in and we guarantee you wont be without a printer." We have been without a printer for 10 days..The manufacturer has sent us instructions on how to fix it ourselves?

I don't pay my employees to spend hours fixing other peoples defective products (their "fix" didn't work.) The store says it is a manufacturer problem and cant return it. Themanufacturer says we can try another fix. I bought an additional warranty with this product. No printer, no fix, and no refund= no integrity! Do not buy from staples!!!!

What a store employee may or may not have told you means nothing.

HP ink I bought a HP printer at staples. They talked me into HP ink to get replacement ink.  I tried to contact them by account which they blocked, by phone, by email. they are terable at any real customer service. I whent and bought a new printer NOT HP

Staples Staples displayed 6 spiral notebooks as if a customer would be receiving all of them for approximately $15. I made an online order and only one spiral came in a large box. Staples charged over $15.00 for only one spiral-bound notebook and refused to send 5 more. The add was fraudulent and very deceptive. Employees at customer service and disputes were unable to send the addition notebooks and that is probably because hq managers have ordered them not to. The CEOs are responsible for the misleading advertisement and rip off. I have bought many items from Staples in the past but will never do so again. Greed is obviously ruining the corporation. misleading advertisement, rip off, overcharging, use of UPS without my knoeledge, and refusal to send what was displayed as a graphic, which increased the level of fraudulent advertising. Emergency Maintenance Solutions I did a Job in January 2018 and still have not received payment. It is now July 4th 2018 Job cost wa 1086.00 . I’ve called this company several times to get voicemail . I leave messages and my name and phone number have never got called back . I highly suggest that if you work for this company you better get paid upfront. I’m going to contact Staples Corporate Office to let them know the company handling their maintenance are not paying their contractors Hawley Pennsylvania

Fashionable Living I went to the Staples website and a window popped up for a survey and it said I could recieve a $100 Staples gift card for completing the survey. At the end of the survey I got a notice that I had won a gift, and I stupidly clicked on it. Miami Florida
