September 13, 2012 I was struck by Carol Doodley at the intersection of North Ave and Techwood Dr, while waiting for pedestrain to exit the crosswalk. Ms. Doodley recieved a failure to yield citation and was found guilty in court. State Farm which was her insurance company has denied my claim stating I should have hit the pedestrian. I am still getting the run around in the court system my case has yet to heard and I need your help. I have all paperwork and a witness statement to prove State Farm is wrong.
