Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
My wife and i have been there four times in the last six months. Each time we have been ignored, treated rudely and gotten cold food. complaints are met by a snotty "i dont care and i will argue with you" attitude.
A complaint submitted to the Steak-n-Shake website also went unanswered. We're done with them. My advice, Don't bother going there. You will leave angry, I promise.

You said that you had the same poor service 4 times in 6 months. Why did you bother going back after the first or second time? I'm not supporting them, just questioning your choice of actions.
