#1 Consumer Suggestion
Not a scam and easy to resolve
AUTHOR: William - (United States)

Hi,
I recently had this exact same thing happen to me, in my case it was Good Housekeeping that I didn't order. A call to GH customer service put me in the direction of SubCo as the thrid party who ordered this on my behalf. I called the number GH gave me (800-258-3350) and spoke to a customer service rep (much more quicky, by the way, than the rep at GH.) It turns out I got the subscription because I had ordered a "Sock Slider" as a Christmas gift and this "qualifying purchase" entitled me to a free GH subscription. It was very easy to cancel and it didn't cost a thing. I'm sure if you call the number they will be able to easily resolve this. Most likely, like me, you ordered something and didn't realize that free magazine subscriptions came with it. I hope this helps!!
