i have been paying for a vacation package for over 2 years and i'm never able to book. I get wrong numbers no answered phone calls and no answers. I must have paid over or about 2000.00 I am in the process of gathering al information on this.

My family and I purchased a discounted week at Summer Bay and of course, had to go to the timeshare presentation. We had to reschedule our trip several times due to my husband's job and each time SBR was extremely accomodating. They always gave us the dates we needed and we hadn't even been there yet! Once we got there, we were so impressed that we bought a timeshare and have enjoyed the Points program ever since. This company is NOT fraudulent in any way. The resort is beautiful and the people are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend going!
