First of all Sun Devil Auto is truly devils, my girlfriend and had the devil pick up our truck do to a loud grinding noise, they were very kind in the beginning.

But after they so-called finished the job the problems started. After $900.00 of repairs on brakes, we picked up the truck.

The noise continued, I spoke with Bob and he stated that the noise was not an issue that they had made repairs on. I stated isn't that why we had the truck picked up in the first place.

He asked to bring it back the next day so they can see what the problem was.

Unfortunately, we have only one car and had to work the next few days, hence after driving it a couple of days we found out what the problem was, it turned out to be the transmission,

We had them pick it back up, and they charged us $2000.00 to fix it. My complaint with Sun Devil is they are deceptive and bullies.

My girlfriend went on her own to speak with Bob and he was very bullish with her and made her fell unconvertible,

So I went the next day confront them about the problem, and they had no answers for me and refused to speak with me about the problem.

I just wanted them to explain why didn't they catch the problem the first time we had them look at it. We feel misled and taken advantage of.

I have tried contacting their corporate office four times with no response; I am just looking for answers from these individuals.
