I worked for this company and was an exemplary employee. Pretty soon I learned that you were rewarded for lying to people in order to get them to sign up to win a free car. We were told by some managers to say whatever we had to, to get people to sign up. Some lies were, we will not call you, the winner will be picked today, etc...
Some manangers were a joke. They would show up hungover or on drugs and ask us to do their job. We were also verbally abused by some managers. Conflicts were handled in the most humiliating and unprofessional manner. Even upper management was rude, condescending, demeaning, and was not above making sexual comments to employees.
I have only filed two incident reports in my whole life and they were both in the parking lot of this company.
The company does not do drug tests or personality tests. And I was told that drugs are a problem for many people and one would not be fired for using them.
Thankfully I was able to leave this company and move on to a vacation company with morals and ethics. But please, don't ever work for this company, and don't ever sign up to win anything from them! They are scammers and lyers. I was told by my management that greed runs this company and as long as your as greedy as upper management you will succeed with the company.
Sundance was a ruthless and shameless company. Their sales tactics were so harsh that women would often leave crying. Spare yourself. They don't know hospitality and don't give respect to employees or customers. Their goal is to bring in a dollar anyhow, anyway.

#3 UPDATE Employee
Are you serious?

I've worked for this company for over a year. I was NEVER told to lie about anything. In fact, I just spent the last 3 days evaluating marketers making the calls to ensure that they are telling the consumers everything, (the fees, the hour, etc.) before they set up an appointment to come in. Now I am not a bad looking girl and I have never once been harassed, sexually or otherwise, by any employee. I have also never seen any manager on drugs and I am quite sure they would be fired immediately, especially a manager (which I am currently training to be). Exceptions to this would be people who are injured or taking prescription drugs with a doctors note.
Greed in this case is a good thing. We encourage our marketers to be goal orientated and to want to make money, that's why we're here. However, at least in the marketing side of things, we NEVER encourage them to lie in order to get it.
Sounds to me like someone got fired, either for production or something else and isn't happy about it. I don't know any other company where I could work my way up to management in just a years time. Anyone considering coming to our company should definately do it! It is a wonderful place to work and the benefits, especially for the part-time employees are awesome!

Not so fast, this company has harrassed me

I agree with some of the points made about this company's selling tactics.
I attended a Country Music Festival and signed up with Sundance Vacations to enter to win a car. I was called a total of six times by different "agents" from this company, even though each time I asked them to please take me off of their call list.
They seemed to keep moving the date of the "drawing" for the car so they could continue to harrass me (each time they would say, "You entered to win a car and that's drawing isn't until month/date, but..) and try to get me to sit through their sales pitch to give me a "free" vacation. The vacation didn't include airfare, taxes, or fees. I'm sorry, but that's not a free vacation!
Each time that I declined and asked to be politely asked to be taken off of their call list, I was given an attitude by the agent.

It was immature of me to handle my personal problems on the internet. I regret doing this. Sundance Vacations have done a lot of great things. They won the Better Business Bureau Reward. They've donated money to The Red Cross and phone cards to the troops in Iraq. I had some problems with a few people who do not represent the company as a whole. I know they are a legitimate company and even though I did not agree with some things, they do have great vacations and they also pay their employees very well.
