We signed a Marketing Services Agreement with SuperMedia in August of 2012.  We were made all sorts of promises by the salesperson and her supervisor in person. One of which was that they would be there to assist us and make sure our program was running smoothly.

We noticed right away that we were not getting any results. Our web leads had dropped way off. When we called, we were told that it would take some time to "get up and running". In the meantime, our leads dropped off considerably. And we were paying $6 per click vs $2 per click before---and with better results!

We attempted to get ahold of the salesperson or her supervisor and guess what.....they were both no longer there.

We contacted our account manager several times with questions and concerns and were never really given any answers.

In the last conversation, she stated that our web site was good but her suggestion to us was to add some coupons to our web site. That took me a little by surprise as we already had 8 coupons on there. Either she had never looked at our web site or just didnt care, or both. That is a poor excuse for an account manager. What exactly were they doing for us? We couldn't tell.

We walked into their office and asked to speak to someone who could help us resolve our issues. All they could really say was that if we cancelled the program we would still be billed for the remiander of the contract. So I guess once they get you to sign, they can do or not do whatever they want and they still expect you to pay for nothing.

So, bottom line is they "paused our campaign"  in February of 2013 as per our written request, but to date I continue to get threatening calls from collection agencies trying to collect the $4,000 they say I owe for the remainder of the contract plus late fees. When I tell them that I canceleld service because of poor performance and that they were no longer providing services for me after that date, their only response is.."But you signed a contract".

Dont sign a Contract with SuperMedia. They do not provide the services they promise.
