My t-mobile cell was broken and I had to be admitted into the hospital ifor intensive care. I was past due a few days on my bill while in the hospital and tried explaining to t-mobile my condition that I would handle my payment after being discharged. As a result t-mobile discontinued my service and was inconsiderate about the situation. So I cancelled my affiliation with their service and they billed me the whole next months bill where I have no phone usage. So far I still have the replacement device in which I had no use of and t-mobile keeps harassing me with this outstanding balance of $1,068.11. I feel I'm being overcharged and t-mobile has me in a contract forcing payments that is not due. This is not my only problem where I had unwanted calls with minute overages ranging over $100 dollars, so I paid the charges forced to change my number to prevent  missed payment and an early termination fee. In conclusion, I refuse to make payment for something that is not due.

 No Im betting you cant read or you would have READ about the terms and conditions of the offer. But since you DID NOT READ and you DID NOT CANCEL then they charge YOU the FULL PRICE. This is all on you and YOUR inability to take even two mins to read. You should stay offline, children shouldnt be allowed to shop online.

 Ok but WHERE is the ripoff?? Its understandable that you were in the hospital but that has ZERO bearing on your phone service. Their job is to provide service and collect your payment. Its not their place to care one way or the other about your PERSONAL issues. So once again where is the ripoff? YOU signed a contract requiring you to make your payments ontime. If you do not then your service will be suspended.

Did you factor in the cost of your phone?? If it wasnt subsidized then you are paying on that phone every month. If you cancelled your services then the FULL PRICE LEFT ON THE PHONE COMES DUE. There is no remedy for your situation as this has been caused by YOUR lack of payment. You can call it a rip off but the reality is that this is all on you.

When are YOU going to act like an adult?? There is no reason you should be making a false report on THEM when YOU are the reason it was disconnected. A child does what you are doing. You are attempting to deflect the blame off of yourself and garner PITY because YOU were in the hospital. Ok heres your pity. AWWWWWW. Now that is over get off your rump and do the right thing. If you cant take care of your business then you shouldnt be signing contracts. I have been late quite a few times on my cellphone payment, but I call them and setup definate time frames in order to pay my bill. SO I worked within their system and I have had UNINTERUPTED SERVICE for three years straight. So either you DID NOT call them, or you just called and complained like a child and did not get your situation resolved. Yet again things OUTSIDE Tmobles control and COMPLETLY within YOUR control.

Odds are you have more then just one or two missed payments.
