T-mobile USA Tricking people into contracts! houston, Texas Nationwide

My mother called T-mobile yesterday on January 21, 2013, and asked for a 5 day extension on her bill. The representative she spoke her deceived her into renewing her contract with out getting anything in return. She does not get to upgrade her phone. She called later that day and explained she didn't want to renew her contract that way.

She wanted to renew her contract when she is able to upgrade her phone. They told her there was nothing anyone can do about it now. I am outraged that T-mobile would take advantage of my sweet mother and trick her into renewing her contract. They are liars, cheaters, and deceivers! This should not be allowed!

We do not wish to have any business with T-mobile after this.
