T-Mobile wireless T-mobile are a ripoff company, Internet

I've been with T-mobile for so many years. Back in Feb/2011 they advertised unlimited calls, text and data plan for $49.99, I called customer service asking about the details of the plan, they told me I have to get my own phone, because the phone is not included in the plan, I asked what kind of phone I should get, the customer service rep. recommended the I phone and she said I should get the unlocked one because she has one and she is happy with it.

I purchased an unlocked I phone from EBay, and I called them to activate, they had me agree to a contract for two years, which should expire Feb 2013.my Data never worked, I called many times and they had me change many setting on the phone, but I never could get the internet on the phone, I complained and I asked them to cancel my contract without penalty, because they deceived me and they lied they never agreed to cancel and they kept charging me for the plan.

last month I called again, they transferred me to the retention department, I asked them to cancel the contract, they told me they are sorry I could not get connected to the internet , they said the reason I could not get connected because I dont have unlimited data as promised, I have only 200 MG and it is very slow for the I phone, they said they will give me 2 GB and they are sure I will never have that problem of connection anymore, and the internet connection will be easy, and they had me agree to another 2 years contract, I still cannot connect to the internet , I complained again they said nothing they can do except selling me a phone or  change my plan to calls and text only no data.

 I got the plan on the first place because I wanted data. They also refused to cancel the contract without penalty, they tricked twice by promising data on the phone and they did not deliver. Until todays date I cant get data and they are not taking any responsibility for their mistakes and lies. I still pay for something I don't and can't get.
