T-Mobile Company neglected to cancel account as promised, insisting they never received fax. Now charging for uncontracted lines as well. Bellevue Washington

After failing to cancel uncontracted lines as promised and supposedly not received faxed evidence that we had purchased property beyond the reach of T-Mobile for the cancellation of a contracted line, as promised, they continue to add charges to the "amount due" even after the fax was sent a second time two months later after notification.

Company representatives allege that they left several voice mail notices on a number that was disconnected two months previous.

I am categorizing this as an off-shore scam because T-Mobile appears to be a subsidiary of a German company.
