T-Mobile Terrible! Never trust or get T-Mobile service! Cincinnati, Ohio

Bought phone, terrible service while traveling for work, got second phone, still terrible service while traveling, returned phone and wanted refund, gave me amount for phone right then, suppose to mail check for deposit...mailed a measly 3 dollar check and now are charging me the same exact amount after giving me the refund from my deposit! On top of that the refund was suppose to be 58 dollars and they mailed me a check for 3 dollars and 40 cents! Now they're charging me the exact amount they refunded me! 12th call today to try to resolve this! Never trust or buy anything from T-schmobile! They are a joke!
