T-Mobile I will be reporting to BBB, The Complaint Board and Ripoff Report! After coming from Verizon 3 months ago my bill has been $50.00 more a month than quoted. I sat on hold for an hour, was hung up on twice , and was never given a supervisor as I requested. From the start I had faulty equipment, had it replaced with faulty equipment, then ended up having to pay for equipment that was supposed to be free. I have a long history of customer care and have never treated someone like I've been treated. And my bill is still wrong! Very disappointed! Nationwide

 Without regard to what you say you've experienced with T-Mobile, you can forget entirely the BBB and their entire game plan of BS! The BBB-BS is NOT part of ANY government body. The BBB-BS has ZERO POWER to do anything! The ONLY purpose of the BBB-BS and their CONGAME is to SELL their phony accreditations and give their those businesses who bought into their scam something to hide behind when the public complains. The BBB-BS will SELL their "membership" and phony accreditation to ANY business which wants to buy it!

There are no qualifications or reputation requirements...just bring the money. The BBB-BS CONGAME has been around for years. What the BBB-BS will do is use your complaint as a sales lead, approach the business to SELL them their phony accreditation which will no doubt be an "A" no matter how many people have been scammed by the business. The BBB-BS is NOT your friend, nor is their interest in preventing the American public from being scammed by dishonest business people. The ONE and ONLY interest and purpose of the BBB-BS is to rake in profits by their CONGAME of phony accreditations. Legitimate business people all know this!
