Tablets are useless with no effect.  Product received 07/12/14 returned for credit 07/26/14, after confirming with customer service dept. 

From return date to 12/30/14, 7 phone calls were made inquiring about refund...each time tracking number was supplied and receipt of return confirmed.  Each time was told either refund was being processed or sending to escalating department for refund.  Names, times & dates of customer service representatives spoken to are available for anyone wishing to confirm.  The blatant dishonesty & lies of this business.
