Taxbrain.com filed my return and it was accepted by the IRS on 1-16-10. I opted for taxbrain to take my fees out of my return and was given a website to Santa Barbera bank and Trust. Santa Barbera Bank never received my refund as mine too went to Republic bank instead of Santa Barbera Bank. I did get in contact with taxbrain and I was told it was Santa Barbera's responsibility. When i contacted the IRS and Santa Barbera Bank I found the truth. Taxbrain just gave out the wrong routing number and account numbers for over a thousand people. None of us will get our refund for at least 6 weeks. DONT USE TAXBRAIN OR YOU WILL BE WAITING LIKE THE REST OF US!!
