taxbrain.com sbbt/metabank sent money to wrong bank 6 week delay Internet

As many of you all , I as well have been affected by this screwed up, but what really gets me is they knew since Jan 16th the funds where going to wrong bank and tried to resubmit the return to the IRS, but when that didn't work they cont. to file other customers taxes until the 20th when they got the problem solved, to this day no acknowledgment from taxbrain, but they are spending thousand tries to keep all the complaints from coming to light before other would be victims file their taxes, they need to stop trying to cover this up and get in front of the problem, here I am no one has any clue where my refund is or when I will get it, I have been told anywhere from 7 days - 8 weeks. If there is any justice in the world the government will close down taxbrain for good, and who knows who has all my personal info from them now.....
