Telecheck Services telecheck money hungry Coral Springs Florida

I was a small business owner, my husband and i owned 2 convenience stores. We sold one to my daughter and one to my son. We had telecheck in both. When we sold to my daughter everything had to be changed into their names. They contacted telecheck , the woman they spoke with did not tell them they could transfer our contract to them. So they signed a new contract. Now first data is suing me because of the old contract. I spoke with first data and they said they had paid telecheck for the first contract and it would have to be honored . We also had telecheck at the other business which we sold to our son, he called and told them he wanted to transfer our contract to him which they did. Now they are debiting his account for the contract in his name and the one in our name. I contacted them a month ago and they said that it would stop, but it hasn't and they tell me i can only file back 3 month for the refund. Looks like to me thay are trying to get all they can and when i file for a refund for the double debiting i can only go back 3 month when it has been 7 month.
