TELECHECK RECOVERY SYSTEMS Will not approve check. Duncan Oklahoma

I have been harrassed by TeleCheck twice in the last 3 months. Both times I was denied the ability to purchase goods. The first time, I was told that I had spent to much money. I complained to AUTOZONE about the issue and to their credit, the district manager did what he could to help resolve the issue. In the meantime, he lost business. I would not have returned had he not attempted to assist. At the time I could cover that check many times over.

My second check was rejected by the local Wall-Mart store because Tele-check would not approve the check. Per the individual I talked to at Tele-check, there were no problems flagged for my account. But they had some information that suggested that someone possibly associated with my account may have had a second account that there had been problems with. At that time they attempted to secure information from me. Information that had no bearing on my account. They would provide me no other explanation. It definitely was not my account that had the problem. Second, no one ask for my license. I have not written a bad check.

The WalMart clerk even blurted out that it looked like I had a bad check. This is the second time TeleCheck has kept me from doing business with arbatrary rules that do not let me spend money from a good account. Their questions look like they are fishing for information. They tell me that they run their cycle every 7 to 15 days. That means that even if I wanted to do business (with over $1000 in bank) I would have to wait 7 to 15 days to get it updated. My intent is that I will be looking for alternate sources for my purchases. I will be telling people my problem.

To those who suggest I use a credit card, it is the wave of the future. It is also the problem with people who can not remember what they have spent and end up in debt.
