Telecheck HOld on check writing because of nsf fees. Livonia MIchigan

I wrote a check to JC Penny's in Dearborn Michigan on Jan. 25, 2008 for 124.00. I was told the check was declined by telecheck, I called the 866 927 0655 number and was told my check writing privileges were revoked due to a report of NSF from COOP Services Credit Union. I was schocked, how telecheck placed a hold my my checking writing abilities because of NSF.

I went to COOP the next day and got the number to the account manager, I spoke with someone on Monday, explained they were part of my bankruptcy and was not to report me to a debt collector, the person's response was to allow her to call me back, she called back stating the attorney stated it was a legal process.

I left my attorney's number with her but their attorney called me back and I informed her she could not speak to me. She was nasty, Michelle Anzaldi bar#P65462, I informed her I would be reporting her. I called telecheck back and was told to fax my bankruptcy papers, tonight I called the hold was no longer active in the system, but this goes to show you Telecheck is not concern of how they do what they do they just do it.
