Texas Direct advertises 3.9% financing and I applied for it. They said I was approved and when I got there was told that all I could get is a 6% loan because of my credit rating. My credit rating is 830. This was nothing short of Misrepresentation and Fraud on their part. They have no intention of letting you have 3.9% because I am sure they make money on the interest rate.
I took out the Warranty and four days later told them to cancel it. The cost of the Warranty is $2300.00. I will have to sue them to get my money back I am sure as it has been three months. They will never contact you or answer you I guess in hopes you will go away.
The finance Manager told me that under Texas State law they are required to add the tax to the loan. Another lie. They added a guestimate tax which was double what the Courthouse told me it was. Still have not received it back and will have to sue them for that cost as well.
Bottom line - If you really want one of their cars then go there with your own financing. Don't get suckered into the "yes you have been approved for 3.9%". I was stuck because I had to get out of there and figured I would rework the deal. I would have loved to say your financing is crap and by the way - here is the paperwork from my bank.

You're an Idiot. You know nothing about the transaction moron and instead of asking, you make false statements because you don't know what you are talking about. All you can do is correct one word from me when everything you say is bullshit..
But so sorry dumb-a*s - I had selected the vehicle, I read the Car Fax Report, I looked at all of the photo's. Why don't you get the facts before you run your big mouth. As stupid as you are, I'm surprised someone has not knocked your teeth out before this.

"They said I was approved and when I got there..."
You applied for a loan before you selected a vehicle. That's putting the cart before the horse. They knew they had a sucker before you arrived. Then you let them take control. You could have done better with your outstanding credit score. You were not a smart buyer.
"My report was based on misrepresentation on the loan. I am fine with the car and I never said anything bad about the car"
I wrote that you are suffering from buyer's remorse because you are not satisfied with the loan agreement and the service agreement after the sale. A person can suffer buyer's remorse on a service as well as merchandise.
"Your a Retard"
It's you're NOT your. You're welcome for the Psychology and English lessons.

I am not a loser like you are. I have an engineering degree and I work on cars all the time. I checked it out when I got there. How does my experience with financing have anything to do with having a mechanic look at the car? Like I said - Retard.
Once again Boy - Go back and look at the original blog and I did not say anything about the condition of the car.

Poor Little Boy

Oh look, we have a poor little boy who just can't stand it when somebody takes a position to point out his wrong handling of a deal.
Hey little boy, a SMART CONSUMER doesn't play doormat and doesn't "fly in" to buy a stupid car without a proper check out by your own mechanic BEFORE spending any money and playing the tax game in a jurisdiction you know nothing about. But I guess with your tongue hanging out, you just had to have THAT car!

Why don't you ask for more information before you make yourself look ignorant? I had flown in from another state and took the shuttle to the dealer. Within a month I re-financed with my bank. I am just trying to provide information to someone else who will fly in and get a surprise.

So Why?

Given everything is exactly as you state, you knew going in you were not going to receive the interest rate they said you could receive...then why did you stay there and buy? Looks to me like you voluntarily played doormat and are now complaining after the fact.
