Texas Direct Auto Fraud.. Fraud... Fraud.. Stafford Texas

 In July of 2012 I drove to Texas direct auto to look at a dodge ram 3500. I met with a salesman by the name of Lindsey. Well, Like any vehicle. I test drove it and then went back in to negotiate. After waiting in the lobby for quite some time I went into an office where I met Jamie Upton. In that room Jamie Upton, Patrick Scott and the sales men Lindsey were all present. I expressed that the only way I was going to buy that dodge that already had a lift and 37 in tires is if it were going to have warranty to cover me if anything were to happen. So, These people that have been doing this for soooooo many years sold me a warranty (AUL) I. Order to make a sell. Well a few months later. On a job site a tie-rod breaks and I have to get a tow truck to travel approx. 400 round trip to San Antonio to get fixed. (Please keep in mind I work in the oil field). I call AUL and they tell me that they won't cover that dodge because of the lift that was on it BEFORE I bought it. Shortly after I contacted Texas Direct Auto and have been trying to get my 8 payments made on that truck and have been back and for the with them since. Patrick Scott sent me a cancellation for to cancel the warranty. Well, I never signed that form but yet the warranty got canceled. Texas direct auto has no paperwork of who authorized the cancellation but the transaction of some apparent refund was handled between the two companies. The story does go on but if anyone has had this experience please contact Ranger Westmoreland with the Texas Rangers. It's time to put an end to this.
