THEA Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP deceptive, overprice payment fees, fraudulent practices, strong arm practices Jacksonville Florida

I received a notice of payment from Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP regarding a unpaid toll by plate violation in Florida. The letter states that they are an collection agency attempting to collect a debt; however there isn't any other information, pictures to reference the account. 

They've also stated that they may issue a Uniform Traffic Citation which carries a mandatory $100 fine...addtional fees. 

We all know Florida is one of the biggest rip-off states in North American. They have lawyers working the the local and state government to subject unknowning residents out of their hard earned money.

I obviously have to pay these fines because I don't want to have to deal with the consequences of the threats made in the letter.
