Thumbtack Provided false leads for potential jobs, provided multiples of the same job lead, charged me multiple times for the same job lead Internet

I am a certified pet groomer who provides in home grooming services as well as petsitting, and dog walking services.  I signed up to be a member of this company site hoping to get possible leads for new clients. They send you emails of each possible new job lead to your email. Then I have the option to click on the ones I would like to give a quote. To respond to a lead and give a quote, they charge you quote credits per for each one you choose. I've noticed they send the same job lead multiple times within a 2 or 3 day period. I recently noticed that I had bid on the same job multiple times because they sent the same jobnlead a few times, and I did not realize that they did that so I was charged a few times for the same exact job lead. Just this morning I noticed 4 new lead emails came in my email box. They all were sent and received at 2:40 am , by a client by the name of Susan , with 4 different address locations . All 4 leads were requesting quotes for the exact same job services, for the same exact dates , and same amount as pets etc. I have sent over 100 quotes and have yet to receive any responses back from anyone.
