Ticket Galaxy is a complete rip off. I needed concert tickets for one event and when I looked at the tickets it was for something I had never heard of. On top of it, the tickets were double the face value and with all of their fees the total was almost 3 times the face value.

I called and talked to "Doug". He was rude and unhelpful. I wanted to return the tickets for a refund and would have taken a "re-stocking" fee, but he wasn't going to bend on his part. NEVER use this site to buy tickets, you will over pay and their customer service is non-existent.

Don't get burned like I did...
