Ticketmaster Ticketmaster helps thieves steal your tickets Boston massacjisetts

Do not buy tickets from Ticketmaster, I purchased tickets to a concert in my hometown on 1/23/2014, and requested free delivery by US postal mail. Unbeknownst to me, someone accessed my Ticketmaster account 1/26/2014, and using the new ticket transfer feature, transferred the tickets. This was done entirely on my Ticketmaster account which I had had since 2008, but never made a purchase in the intervening years(has Ticketmaster ever been compromised during those years?), with no confirmation from my email or my person, they transferred the tickets to an account that had been created that same day. The only verification came from the email account that they were transferred to, not from me. When I informed Ticketmaster of the theft, they informed me there was nothing I could do, since the tickets had been accepted. I never authorized this transfer, and really only wanted the tickets to the show, and it's not till August. Come on Ticketmaster is informed of fraud and does nothing. I want my tickets, that I paid for, and zero help from Ticketmaster, so off I go to the police, to see if they can be of any assistance, but Ticketmaster I will never use your service again. Thanks for zero help and zero responsibility for fraud in your system.
