Worst customer service i ever dealt with. no call backs to address my issue, never resolved my issue, advertised on their web page that my computer came with the full version of windows 8 professional on disc they lied. never got the disc.
they were horrible to deal with, still have never spoken to me to return my calls,spoke to several people i called spoke to a supervisor never got a resolution or call back, made a complaint to the better business bureau as well as the Federal Trade commission for false advertising and unfair business practices. The OLD BAIT AND SWITCH.
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER THING from this horrible place. This company needs to have a class action suit brought on to them for unfair practices, lieing to customer, false advertising.

IT may have taken a while to work through all the tape. Finally the company mailed me the CD that was advertised on the website.
