Time Life Continues To Send Products And Bills Credit Cards Without Authorization Des Moines Iowa

I ordered some CD's in April from Time Life. On 5/22/08 I checked my bank balance and saw I was being billed for more CD's which I did not order. I immediately called my bank and had the charges reversed; sent an email to Time Life Customer Service saying to cancel my entire account and cease sending me anything without authorization. They responded to my request complying with my wishes. On 5/29/08 I checked my balance again and saw the charge was back on my credit card. I called the bank (again) to have it removed. I then telephoned Time Life and spoke to "Lupe" who said they got my request after my order had shipped which isn't true because when I check the order status, it says the CD's are still at the warehouse. I told "Lupe" not to send me anything, that if I get the CD's, I would return them unopened and to delete me entirely from Time Life's website. Today, the charge is back on my account. I will now have to call the bank and shut down my credit/debit card and get anther one re-issued. I've always been hesitant with ordering on-line but "thought" Time Life was a reputable company.
