Collect Pros Attempting to collect a debt I never incurred. Woburn Massachusetts

Today May 13, 2015 I received a pink collection letter informing me I have an outstanding balance of $224.15 for US Weekly Magazine that I never signed up for. I contacted them and a woman named Victoria tells me if I want to dispute I need to go to www.collectpros.com/dispute to file a written dispute. I asked if she could provide me of where this account originated from and she said she had no further information. I tried to locate the website to file the dispute and I could not find anything! I found that there have been many reports filed stating that this is a SCAM!!!!! It is FRAUD!!! DO NOT PAY!!!
