TMobile Safeline Application Rejection Deceptive Billing and Horrific Customer Service Nationwide
Beware the offer for a Safeline Discount-TMobile will offer it then reject it for invalid reasons. In the meantime, they'll put 10 day holds on your account while awaiting the "determination." Then once the bill becomes astronomical, they'll start shutting your phone off over and over. Any attempts at contacting customer service with resolution will be futile and consume 4 hours of your day and involve countless transfers and false, misleading, withheld information. Each Rep will tell you something different. Report TMobile to the FCC if they do these things to you. Hopefully, they will be slapped with a fine, lawsuit, or better yet, shut down.
