toshiba wants me to send in my laptop battery plus $103 to see why it will not hold a charge.My computer is still under their warranty.What if something else is wrong?They are potentially taking me out of service for over a month.Their customer rep. did not speak clear english and was not courteous.Unless they make things right we need to collect ourselves for legal actions.

Pat Maloy Don't buy the warranty! They sold me a 5 year free replacement and they have been trying to repair the 58 LED Toshiba for over a month now. Every time I walk into my living room it looks like I've been robbed !!! And I think to my self... I have been robbed by h.h.greg!
