I found this website in hopes to being able to expedite the receiving of my DD214.  My wife called and spoke with one of their representatives who guaranteed us that this site was legit and promised us we would have the paper work we needed in just a few days. This sounded great since this was the only hold up in getting the approval on a home loan. 

That evening, Tuesday, May 6, 2014, I ordered a copy of my DD214. I selected 3 day service. I was told I would receive an emailed copy in 2 days and a hard copy in 3. I paid $107.45.

Here it is, Friday, May 9, 2014, & I have yet to revive any paperwork. No email, no hard copy, nothing. My account simply states pending.  After numerous phone calls, I actually got a human on the line. She went to check on my paperworK and hung up on me.  I called back. Same exact thing. They answered, then hung up on me.  Now when I call back, it simply goes to voice mail. Multiple voice mails have been left and no return phone calls.

As a Veteran who proudly served their country, I find in very aggravating and disheartening that I am unable to be able to use a service that is supposed to represent the U.S. veterans.
