Trans Union Deceptive billing practice and advertising fraud Chester Pennsylvania

Responding to my insurance company's notice of a right to a free consumer request from Trans Union, I went to the listed website.  I obtained my credit score on the website, then backed out of the website and changed the request. In order to get the "free" credit score, it said I needed to enter my credit card information.  It said I had 7 days free trial and could cancel within the 7 days.

As soon as I got the initial credit score, without logging out, I backed up and went to the initial sign in screen and cancelled out the request, then I logged out. I thought I was fully cancelled since all I did was get the free credit report.

About 1 month later (weeks after the 7-day free trial), I received an email "confirmation" of my "order."  Since I never ordered anything, I went back to the website and initiated a dispute.  They did nothing.  I was billed $16.95 in early September.  I initiated a dispute through my credit card company.

In October they billed me another $16.95.  I called Trans Union and they refunded only one of the $16.95 charges.  They date the cancellation from that date rather than from the initial cancellation, the one day I received my "free" credit score.

On Nov. 19 I called Trans Union again about the Sept. bill and they refuse to credit me with the $16.95 even though they know I never used their services other than the very first day I got a credit score.
