Please please stay away from this place. this place is perfect example of crooked crooked business they give good mechanice a bad name it is sicking. i purchased a transmission from them when it arrive late by the way, it was the wrong transmission all together nothing about it was what i ordered. when i contacted them JR then proceeded to tell me that, that was impossible i got what ordered and probably has the worst attitude of anyone. please read the warrenty it is hard to find and they have done it this way for a reason because there is basically no warrenty. they have only one method of payment which was strange and the reason for this is there is no disputing your payment after they have it no matter if your parts are right or even work at all. they feel it is not there responsibility to pay to return the wrong part they sent or exchange the part they sent for the correct part please please please please stay away or you will be here too .

The fact that you told me I could remove the parts from the tranny that I bought off of you and repair my old tranny is a joke, you are a joke in the mechanical field you are a idiot.

Just check the year and number of complaints ove newarly a ten year period.
With over 3000 rebuilt transmissions delivered, a few unsatified customers dating back 10 years, only verifies how we strive to build the best transmission possible. Its a shame we can not be 100 % perfect, but do do try to resolve all issues a customer may have.
