 Bolt on oil under carrage too tight to change like they used a drill gun n contacted tread quarters who said I last seen them in July 2013. I also contacted corporate about other issues that happen in the past concerning my inspection and them sneaky workers trying to make monies off of bulbs and head light adjustments for product sales not know I worked in a lube shop and know some of theropes. pricks never changed my oil, nor the filter n stripped the canister top of my Grand am. My neighbor used a saw zaw to cut it in half n chip off the cannister top that homes the oil filter, once that was off we seen the gummy oil in the homing casing for the filter and the oil was gummy and dark. The oil filter had to be broekn into pieces cus it was melter tot he steal compartment of the oil filter homing.I found out about the oil filter in January cus my dad and I was going to change the oil, but the top was strimpped and when I tried to take it off it cracked and oil was squirting out the lid when I started the car up and drove. Now in March I want to drop the oil and add new oil. Mind you I hardley drive my 05 Grand am consistantly cus I ahve a SUV as well. From the time they changed my oil in July 2013 until now Jeff who is a tech there told me I had 120,000mls when I contacted him on march 24 2014 I told him I have 125,700 on it n he said "u only drove 5,000?" I said yea what dos it matter I have another vehicle. Nevertheles, I called corporate and the following da which is today Anthony Shannon called me and took care of the issue. Well I am still out of town and wont be back until the first week in arpil, Lords wil, so lets see how this plays out considering I am relocating for work
