Troys Florida Fraud for Funeral Flower Purchase S Plainfield New Jersey

On 5/24/16, I searched the internet for a local florist to deliver a casket spray for my mothers funeral in Fairview, OK.  I ended up ordering through Troys Florist.  While I could not confirm their address, their deliver information made it "appear" that they were local. 

I ordered one of the most expensive sprays they offered totally $484.65.  On the day of the funeral, a much smaller and inadequate spray arrived.  The local florist who received the order from "New Jersey" were instructed by Troys Florist that the "family specifically requested that not more than $250 be spent including delivery fee." 

Not only did I not receive the product I ordered, but I believe deliberate fraud and deception was involved on the part of Troys Florist to line their pockets with an additional $234.65. I believe they are actively preying on the bereaved who may not have the faculties or strength to realize the fraud and do something about it. They targeted the wrong customer this time!
