Pro True ceramic Ripoff Crap New Houdson Michigan

I had order my True Ceramic Pro back in March 9th 2005, I had no problem with it until November 11th 2005, it caught on fire, nearly burning all my hair and face off!!! I called the company to either get a new one or credit my account. They asked me to reship the malfunction merchandise and I should get a new and improve one in 2-3 weeks they say there under new management so they are making the True Ceramic Pro better that what they were. Well, were in February 2006, I haven't seen any new True Ceramic Pro or my money. You try calling them and a message comes out saying there phones are be updated, how long those that takes? Its been 2 weeks come on, or email them I have sent over 5 email and left about 15 messages, and I will keep on until I get this resolve I will not stop here. These people are horrible they really need to screen these heartless animals before they have them on TV trying to corrupt society. I really hope these people get what they deserve and everyone gets there money back..that will be to good to be true. I an extremely upset,
