I had bought this particular item a year ago. However, I had it for 3 months and then it broke on me. (Aug. 3rd, 2005) So I contacted a rep. at True Ceramic Pro and they said that they would ship me a new one in 4-6 weeks and then i waited and WAITED. And again NOTHING!

So I called again. I have a case number and everything, basically I have been on their asses every other week for the past 7 months and now thier telephone isn't working! I am super frustrated and I lost my 100+ dollars, and its all due to a defective iron that was recalled and they didnt see the need to contact individuals and let them know this.

I want my money back and I think this company needs to be fined for the fraud they are committing to people.

i have had the same problem and still no respose from them the phones dont work do you have any idea how else to get ahold of them or have you had any luck?
