I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER TO TRUECREDIT FOR MANY YEARS BUT THEY HAVE LOCKED ME OUT OF THEIR SERVICE NOW FOR OVER TWO MONTHS AND THEY ALWAYS SAY THEY WILL CALL ME WITH A PASSWORD TO ACCESS MY ACCT. AGAIN BUT I NEVER GET CALLS FROM THEM OR EMAILS. I HAVE PAID FOR THIS SERVICE YET THEY DON'T GIVE ME MY SERVICE.
