Trulia Listed my residence for sale! Internet
*General Comment: Trulia
*Consumer Comment: Obvious Questions...
Trulia listed my residence for sale when it is not for sale. They have pictures of my condo and my address listed. Much of the information is misrepresented. Because the price listed is more than $60K too low, we have been harassed at all hours by people knocking on our door wanting to buy our residence even though it is not for sale. Their website has an area for "feedback," but when I try to report their error, there is always a message saying my feedback did not go through, please try again later. A realtor friend tells us Trulia is known for sleazy practices.

Make sure that your property is not in Foreclosure unbeknownst to you.
Check all court records.
Good luck.

Since you have a Realtor "friend", have you asked them to research the MLS Number that is associated with the listing you are seeing?
If it is in the MLS your issue isn't with this company, it is a much bigger issue as someone has listed your home for sale without your permission. Also, from that MLS number your friend should be able to find out the listing agent and deal with them. It could be some error by a realtor who listed your house by mistake, or it could be something much bigger.
Also, exactly how would they benefit from this "slezzy" practice as you put it by putting what amounts to a random person's house for sale?
On top of that I would honestly have more issues with the people coming to your house "at all hours" to purchase the house. Even if my house was for sale, they wouldn't even get past my front door if they came at 9PM without prior arrangements. I would also make sure that even if they had the best offer I wouldn't accept it.
