TRULIA I was told by Trulia that I would receive leads from both buyers and sellers of real estate. During my entire 6 month contracts I signed with Trulia, I have not received one good lead for a seller of their home. Instead every single lead was associated with either an incorrect email address and/or contact number.  Nationwide Nationwide

When I did find a way to get hold of the owners of these homes, not one told me that they were even remotely interested in selling their home. With the buyer leads, I've only received one, and they couldn't even afford to buy a home. The other two leads were from those who wanted to rent a home. I never asked for renters, or do I want to waste my time and effort with them. Every time I spoke with a different Trulia rep, they explained that they can do anything about the bad leads, and in a nutshell, that there's nothing they can do. Every single rep will promise to call you or email you after looking further into the matter, but I have never received a return call.I hope that these types of companies who rip-off people over and over again will go out of business after paying back all the money to the people they ripped off!

The buyers leads were bad too. I only received one where the buyer couldn't even aford a home. The other two leads were from those who wanted to rent a place. I do not deal with rentals, nor did I ask for those leads. I've spoken with several Trulia reps, and they will not do a thing for you. Basically, they tell you it is what it is! STAY AWAY FROM TRULIA....FAR AWAY!
