i bought about $300 worth of storage containers from Tupperware off Amazon.com , i ave a problem with 2 lids not fitting tight. i emailed Tupperware and was told that i had to pay $5.75 to return them and gave me an 800 number to call. i did and was told firs that the warranty was void because i did not buy from Tupperware and the person i talked to never herd of Amazon.com. where has she been living? under a rock?. then she said i would have to pay shipping again. i paid good money for the guarantee and did not get it! these are Tupperware Modular Mates One Touch Canister Set and Tupperware One Touch Reminder Canister Set. and are only about 2 to 4 months old

So, what your saying is.....

So you are saying you bought Tupperware from an unauthorized source and paid AMAZON for the products & Shipping to your home but you want Tupperware to send you something for free? I think not. Anyone who buys Tupperware from a yard sale would attempt the same thing after paying a quarter for something, and they would have got the same answer. But what other company, besides Craftsman, can you get a lifetime warranty on that has been around 66 years? However, they did offer to guarantee the products but you would only have to pay for shipping? You declined. That is ridiculous! I can't call a company and have something shipped to me for free Especially if I didn't buy it from them. Next time you want Tupperware, please find a consultant adn do your returns thru them as that is how it is meant to be done, along with and order, however; either way shipping is standard minimum $4.50 or 10% of total so $5.75 isn't bad.
