I ordered the complete series of the television show "Knot's Landing". there were 14 seasons. The company also stated that the complete series came with all the specials too - over 75 videos in all. Kept receiving emails stating my order was back dated then finally got one saying my shipment was being sent and received info on how to track. I used the info as it was taking a while but finally receive my shipment. When I finally received my order only received 13 seasons and nothing else.

When I tried to contact them to inform them of missing parts of my shipment, I got no answer to my phone calls and my emails are undeliverable.
