THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IN THE UNITED STATES

NOW I WAS PAYING THIS COMPANY FAITHFULLY EVERY TWO WEEKS

SO ONCE I GOT ANOTHER JOB WHERE I COULD AFFORD THE PAYMENTS ON A BASES OF EVERY TWO WEEKS THEY TELL ME THAT THEY CANT AND WONT CHANGE IT IT BACK TO BI WEEKLY PAYMENTS THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THEM EVERY WEEK

NOW HOW CAN I MAKE A PAYMENT EVERYWEEK WHEN I DONT HAVE THE FUNDS TO PAY EVERY WEEK I GET PAID BI WEEKLY NOT ONLY WAS I TOLD THAT BECAUSE I AM NOT CURRENT THAT I SHOULD BE TALKED TO IN A DISRESPECTFUL NONE PROFESSIONAL MANNER BUT THAT IM A CUSTOMER THAT IN COLLECTION SO I CAN BE TALK TO IN THAT MANNER

MIND YOU I TOLD TWO MANAGERS AND FOUR OF THERE REPS THAT MY NEW JOB PAYS BI WEEKLY THEY STILL WOULDNT CHANGE MY PAYMENTS

THE CRAZY PART IS THAT THEY STILL HAVE ME ON WEEKLY PAYMENTS THAT I CANT MAKE SO I AM ACCURING DEBT AND I MENTION TO THEM THAT THEY ARE SETTING ME UP FOR FAILURE WHICH THEY ARE BUT YET I BEEN A GREAT CUSTOMER TO THEM IM A FIRST TIME BUYER AND IM NEW TO THE CREDIT WORLD AND THIS IS WHAT I STEPPED INTO I REALLY HATE THAT I GOT WITH CARHOP AND UAC

The Wailing Of The Deadbeat

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, June 25, 2016

Guess what? It was YOU who failed to make on time payments and YOU who brought this upon yourself. It takes months for unemployment to run out and YOU could have taken any job to meet your obligations. Oh yes, it might help you in the future to get a second grader to teach you about punctuation, sentence structure and the proper use of capitalization!

Typical...

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, June 25, 2016

Since you seem to be new to credit, let me give you a bit of advice that will help you understand.  As even though you are new to credit you are showing the typical Sub-Prime Borrower attitude where you think you are entitled to things that you aren't and if the lender doesn't do exactly what you want you start to yell "RipOff".

So let me help you out.  First of all the creditor is not your friend, they are not a charity, they are a business.  As such they don't have to do anything beyond what is in the contract.  Contrary to your beliefs by them making allowances to change your pay date originally they have tried to help you.  As they actually had the legal right to just go ahead and reposess the car.

Now, they are also are under no obligation to change the pay periods back.  But here is where your sub-prime attitude is showing again.  You see the solution to your problem is simple, and it isn't for them to change what they are doing.  It is for you to change your attitude.  For example if your bi-weekly payment would be $300, which for the purposes of this example say you could afford.  Now, that would make your weekly payments $150.  So here is what you do.  When you get paid on this bi-weekly schedule they take out the $150.  You then put aside the other $150 for the next weeks payment.  See..simple.  Your Welcome.

Now, of course this will require you to actually manage your account to make sure you don't spend any part of that $150(or what ever amount you need to pay).  But this is part of the learning experenice you will need to be able to be successful in managing credit and being able to go with more regular lenders.

Oh and as for your definition of a "good" customer.  A "good" customer is one that pays ALL of their payments on time.  A "good" customer is one who doesn't make excuses or come up with reasons as to why they should be allowed to change the agreement they signed.  A "good" customer doesn't come here and say "Oh you don't know me or my situation".  A "good" customer is one who takes responsibilty for their actions and doesn't make excuses.  Oh and you are not the definition of a "good" customer.
