Looking for anyone that had dealings with this company. According to the company each client was sent a packet of information. It was a printed form of information collected from the client at the time of set up, printed contract information, also an assortment of papers to be used during the period after set up of your account. It was sent usually by Postal Express or Federal Express. Send copies of your paperwork to the above with United Debt Solutions Name on top of each copy.

Here it is a new year and I do think it is time for all ex-employees and clients who have been lied to, stolen from and scammed to somehow all get together and see if there is a LEGAL and HONEST way this company and it's OWNERS and be put out of business and some sort of legal and monetary punishment applied to them. I would like to think there is some way to keep them from lying, stealing and scamming more innocent people in this country.

As of today's date I still have not been paid.

Don I read your comment and would like to say I remember you and know some of what you went through at the hands of John Hacker and Christa Caparella (your sister) with United Debt Solutions. I hope things are better for you in 2008.

Yeah, I never recieved my final paycheck from Chris and John either. I have NSF checks from them which are a felony in the state of Florida, however I now live out of state and it was hardly worth going back to Florida to fight it. They screwed up by agreeing to pay the bank directly to cover the check that they bounced and again bounced that check to them so I can only hope that the bank went after them for that. They try to bully people around with money and it's just one more way for them to try to control you. I recommend you contact the United States Department of Labor / Wage Hour Division to report this. They will work to help you obtain payment. You can find this number on any Minimum Wage poster that by law should be hung in a conspictuous place at any employer. I am sorry that you were sucked into their web of lies and deceit and I hope you are able to get legal justice for the money that you are owed.

Oh, and if you ever think it sucks to be screwed over by an employer... it sucks even more when it's your own sister. Chris is my sister and convinced me to come be part of this "great" company that they had. It took me two years to come to my senses. It was hard having to be the one on the phone who had to talk someone into staying in the program when you knew that in the end they were going to get screwed most likely.
