I purchased a laser hair removal package from United Laser Clinics ("ULC"), King of Prussia, PA location in June '08. The location closed without notice (literally closed shop and put a sign on the door) and would not refund my money for services I paid for but never received. I repeatedly contacted Michelle Droulos of ULC and requested a refund which ULC did not provide. Ultimately, I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. It is now Jan. '09, and I just read online that ULC has closed more locations. Buyer beware!!!! I have never experienced such a disreputable company.
